And the results are in…
The Open Day has now been and gone, and the votes counted. This year’s Pup Idol has been announced and the calendar stars decided upon. As ever it was a fantastic day, the one downpour notwithstanding, and the eerie silence which descended as the dogs took their places for the Guinness World Record attempt was quite impressive. Who would have thought that that many dogs would create that little noise?? Well done to all who took part, both the Super Stay and the Pup Idol competition. Calendars will be on sale from September and don’t forget that this year every dog will feature, so every dog is a winner! Open Day!
The Open Day is fast approaching, which means voting for your favourite dogs for next year’s charity calendar. Trinity Photography will also be photographing the Guinness World Record Super Stay attempt - it’s going to be a great day out.

The banner has been designed and sent to the printers for printing. Anthony, Leslie and Fiona have chosen their top twelve and the envelopes have been sealed. Will you be at Newton Tony on Sunday 7th August to vote for your favourite? Don’t forget, your dog needs you!

The last Pup Idol entrants have made their way out of the studio, now dry and cuddly after arriving rather bedraggled and dripping! We will be creating the banner which will be on display at the Dogs Trust Open Day in Newton Tony on August 7th - if your dog was photographed, or a friend’s dog was photographed, then make sure you high-tail it along on that Sunday to vote. Every dog needs your vote!
